Sowbug Round-Up Kick-Off Party!

Every March, fly tyers from across the country gather for the Sowbug Roundup right here in Mountain Home. This event has become a beloved tradition and marks the start of our "busy" season on the White River.

This year, to kick off the event, we've decided to host a Kick-off party. Some of the event's top tyers will be set up at the shop, where you can mingle, relax, and enjoy complimentary refreshments.

Carp and streamer expert Daryle Eakins from Anglers All, Steve Maldanado, and their friend Ryan Poquett will join local tyers Paul Brown, Morgan Guss, and Logan Huff for a tying night. We hope this event will eventually grow to resemble the Streamer Lovefest, where we pack the shop with hundreds of people, offering food, prizes, and drinks all in one place.

This year, we're also thrilled to have Rambler with us. Rambler produces some of the finest scissors in the industry, along with impressive vises. If you're curious about them, stop by the shop or visit their booth at the event.

Don't miss the kick-off party on Thursday evening, following the Dave Whitlock memorial unveiling by Duane Hada. We'll be at the shop, ready to welcome you and enjoy the evening!
